I started developing my clinical skills when I was three years old and blessed with a baby brother. I became a helper and I took this role very seriously.

Fast forward to my tweenage years when two classmates completed suicide. I became even more serious about this profession. At sixteen, I had my very first client. And by client...I mean boyfriend.

In college, I studied what it was like to be a customer of this therapy business. Mostly, testing hypothesis for how long it would take someone to call me on my issues, including myself. Around this time, cancer introduced me to Grief. Post-grad, sprinkle in a proposal, global pandemic, PCS, and pre-natal anxiety---you know, everyday life stuff. Then, came my most difficult assignment, a dissertation on divorce.

My career started shaping up to be an extended internship in trauma, mirroring the beauty of my broken self. Swiftly, my soul's survival became the biggest commitment of my life. I needed grace to grow and I needed it fast

So, I gave up my ninja grip, one rigid finger at a time, on trying to control the outcome. And almost instantly, I connected with people who inspired me to reach for reminders that the brilliance of pure love is always worth the weight.

Since then, I have been crafting a small corner of the world that offers refuge to anyone seeking relief. I am proud to open my arms and new doors so that we can start exhaling together.

It is my honor to create hope for a future where we can all feel a little bit more at home with ourselves and one another.

Live well and leave your legacy of love,
