I grew up in a big Italian family, so naturally, I talk with my hands and my love language is food. True to my Scorpio nature, my purpose is to help people transform. My goal is not to attract followers but to empower healthy leaders. I want to help you discover safe ways to live authentically, boundaried, and brave. I enjoy co-creating positive experiences in and out of therapy, especially if they help break patterns of generational trauma.

I do my own deep work and see this as my primary full-time job. My second full time job is being a mama to a little one. Empowering people in therapy is my bonus job. Thanks to nearly 15 years of meditation, yoga, spiritual practices, and most recently Network Spinal, I am attuned to what is well in others and can help draw that out. People who know me well, and even those who don't, describe me as down to earth, intuitive, and genuine.

Throughout the past 10 years of my career, expressive arts has had a profound impact on progress with clients. Hands down, my favorite part of working in a high school with teens at risk for severe mental illness was witnessing students use their creative process to build confidence, social skills, self-esteem, and most importantly trusting relationships.

My philosophy is to build life around the things that we enjoy (not leave them as an afterthought) because engaging in these activities helps us regulate our nervous systems, think more clearly, and act more intentionally. If you have a quirky hobby, cherished collection, beloved pet, or burning passion--I want to learn all about it!

My work is influenced by Joseph Campbell's The Hero's Journey. I believe that we are all called to courage and need support to answer the call so that we can share what we learn along the way. One of my favorite Campbell quotes is We must be willing to let go of the life we've planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us.
